Not again!

Stuck in the ditch... Not me this time though. Woot. Today was crazy. I had to get up way to early which is never good. I started off at Sears. Got some new bad boy tires put on the truck. Gives it a good 3-4 inch lift. What sucked about that whole part of the trip was sitting in Sears for an hour listening to christmas songs. I wanted to blow my brains out. Onto home I went stopping for some donuts. Mike and I ate 2 each and it was awesome. Then it was up to Lansing. We made a pit stop at Best Buy and decided we needed to buy a new CD for the trip. We picked up the new one from O.A.R., Stories of a stranger. It is an awesome CD, good investment for sure. Back on the road to Lansing and we pick up Mike some 32 boots and Burton bindings. It was a good trip. We had a blast picking stuff out. On the way home we stopped at Knutson's and I got a new ice fishing pole. Then Mike and I put the bindings on his board and have a good time chilling. Then we get the bright idea of going ice fishing... It was 8 degrees outside and windy and freezing. We went out to where Kevin was and he decides we need to go to another lake. After packing up the shanties we move out. We get there and Kevin has broken the lantern...well shattered. So we cant see to well besides with the flashlights. We decide we should just go home. Kevin gets his truck stuck. Seriously dude...Seriously. I go to his house and get some rope and pull his ass up the hill. I just chill out for the rest of the night being sick and tired. Interesting start to the week.

Tired and Bored

Well folks the last three weeks have been very crappy and tiring. I have not posted much because I have nothing to talk about. Seriously. I had a bunch of exams in the last three weeks and I have been studying to much. So I finally got home and what happens? I get really, really sick. I am just laying in bed and feel like dying. I am starting to get bored at home. I got here and the parents gave me about 30 chores to do. I am not going to be able to relax at all this week. Hopefully I do some ice fishing and then I get to go snowboarding. That is all I got though folks. Hopefully something exciting happens and I will let you know about it.

Trip goes to heck

I got a new pair of snowshoes and they are very sweet. I thought I should take them out for a test walk and see if they were worth the 190 bucks. I am driving along in search of a good spot to walk around. After a 20 min search I think I have found one. I pull over to the side of the road...which disappears and I go right into the ditch. Ok so I can make it out of this by myself right? Wrong. It just becomes worse. So I call up Tom and Eric for some help. To make sure the trip wasn't a complete bust while I waited for them I snowshoed around the area. It was pretty awesome. They get some kitty litter and shovels and got to work on getting it out. I should also say that I was off on some side road and in the three hours I was out there no one drove down it. We are slowly working the truck out of the ditch when all of the sudden we make the wrong move which only makes the situation worse again. What to do now?! The truck is way in the ditch and it is almost to the point of calling a wrecker. I call up Randy to see if Dan is around and can pull me out. So Randy starts working on that situation because no one wants me to pay the 150-200 bucks for the tow. When all of the sudden salvation in the form of a Dodge Ram diesel. We hooked them up hitch to hitch and pulled my baby right out. Next time I am going to have to be way more careful though. Thankfully this time I got her out and there was no damage to the turck or my wallet. Oh yes I broke my shovel. How sweet is that? Not very at all. I made apretty nice ditch there to eh?

Ahh ha push that fuss...

Everybody move to the... Ok so that has nothing to do with my topic of discussion. I was just being very boring lately so there is some spice for all my readers. Thursday was way sweet. I got to go snowboarding for the first time this year and had an absolute blast. And then I went again today because it was a powder day! We got like 8 inches and it was like butter out there. I had a bunch of fun. On another note my mom thought it was a good idea for Tom and I to be like girls and have a decorative door mat. As you can see it is way sweet though so who cares. Finally I ordered a sweet pair of snowshoes...Last Friday. They were shipped today! What kinda store takes a week to process an order! Ridiculous! Soon though I will be hiking to sweet terrain to ride. Lastly two weeks of school to go. Woot.
