Went and took some pics of the sunset tonight.

Tarred!

Yesterday was rather crappy for my truck. I was out driving and had to go through a horrible and ridiculous construction zone. In the end I had tar all over my truck. I then spent 2 hours cleaning it. Luckily kevin offered to help making things a bit easier. We went to the do it yourself car wash and washed it down real good but it did almost nothing to get the tar off. Went to walmart and got bug and tar remover, went through a whole bottle and it got about half off. Got another bottle and got the rest off. Then ran it through the car wash again to get her clean. All and all it cost me 20 bucks to get the tar off and clean the truck. At least she is happy now though.

Hiking

Sunday I went on an awesome hike. I went over to Mont Ripley and tore it to pieces. It was a beautiful sunny day with a few big puffy clouds and about 80 degrees for a tempurature. I climbed up on one of the steepest parts and then took some awesome pictures and walked over to the huskybowl. The view was awesome and it was just great at the top of the mountain. Finally I made my decent down through the huskybowl. It was very difficult due to how steep it is through that area. It was a great time though. Here are some photos.

Houghton

Hey there dudes and dudettes I am back in Houghton. So far so good. I have cleaned my apartment pretty good and Have got my room in tip top shape. I have been hanging out with old friends and already making new ones. I hiked to the top of Mont Ripley and enjoyed the view from atop the mountain. I also went swimming in the portage a couple times. It was very nice. Water was a bit chilly the second time but I still enjoyed it very much. All the new kids start to come up here this weekend. It should be a very interesting week. Here are some pics of my room.

New bedroom corner.

The new corner is complete with a new table set thing. I have a second computer running there so anyone who is over can hop online. It has allowed me to use the space for storage and practical uses. Pretty sweet.

Summer

Hi. It is summer, I am at work 50-60 hours a week. I will update when school getgs back in session. That is all for now I suppose. Peace.
