Mt Bohemia

Kevin and I headed up to the land of powder glory on Sunday. It is sweet because they were closed down but got 5 feet of snow and opened back up. It was radical too. Knee to waist deep powder was the story all day. I was trying to get some great videos and pictures but I got a bunch of snow in my camera and it stopped working. It is fine now though after it dried out for a few hours. I seriously can't explain how amazing the riding was. It was probably the best conditions I have ever rode in. Best pow day of my life. I wish I could have shared more then pictures with all of you. Enjoy!

Kevin rips around the corner.

A shot up the best run all day in the bear den.

Down the extreme back country we go, so much pow!

Get to the bottom for a friendly ride back to the lift.

Not the best video here as I stated what happened to my camera but it is fun. I threw it together in about ten minutes so don't expect greatness. I wish I could have got some better videos of riping down some lines in the pow or off some cliffs. Hopefully I can get better videos next season. Ya so you-tube has made the video from decent quality to worse... It may be unbearable to watch sorry guys.

Awesome spring break trip

We went down to the home land for spring break and had a blast. So much fun that we stayed longer then expected. The best part was the trip over to bittersweet to go snowboarding. Unfortunately most people wussed out on us and didn't make the trip. It was warm and slushy but all kinds of fun. By the end of the day we ad so many runs in that we could hardly stand up. Oh ya fun times.

Mike tears down the slopes.

I catch the ladies riping from the lift.

Nose to tumble for the G man.

The crew ready to get steazy.

Heather on the heelside.

Mike rips around the corner.

Sara was chasing right behind him.

Snow in April

So it is ridiculous out, we are in a huge blizzard. The Tuesday-Thursday storm totaled 36 inches officially. Now they are calling for more snow this weekend we got 3 inches or so today and supposedly 10+ tomorrow. What sucks is that all the ski hills were already closed. In true crazy Bohemia fashion they will be opening back up this weekend. It has just been a wild end to the year. I did some snowshoeing up Ripley Thursday night and then Heather and I went Friday morning. It was pretty awesome. Here are some pictures. More to come perhaps from this weekend.

Up we go!

Heather tears up the pow.

And she is down!

Swim man swim!

I am the champion!
